This ring, same as item #1481, is NM displaying Mint. It was sent in this mailer with this instruction sheet by the radio sponsor in 1941. Envelope includes NY address of "D.L. & W. Coal Company" along with typed name and address of recipient in Charlotte, Mich. Small envelope creases but totally clean and VF. The blue and white instruction sheet is 2-11/16x4.25". This has one vertical crease as done for envelope insertion. The instruction sheet has instructions for "Charging" your ring so it will glow in the dark along with instructions for sizing plus text repeated twice "You Are Now A Member Of 'The Shadow' Stop-Crime Club." Reverse of the USA version is an order form for additional rings with an expiration date of December 31, 1941. VF. Mailer and insert are rare.
