Item Description
Foam core and plastic frame 18x23" in shrink wrap holds historic poster from Summer, 1969. The Berkeley Liberation Program was written by various bay area radicals and first made public at time of the People's Park struggle May, 1969. See related Berkeley People's Park button #552. Poster image area is 16x21". Listed are 13 "points" each expanded as a paragraph of text on the poster reverse which because this poster is framed, has been photocopied (in pieces) and placed on the back of the foam core under the wrap. 13 points include "We Will Actively Support The 10 Point Program Of The Black Panther Program..." Poster has only the smallest traces of wear and/or handling creases upon very close inspection. A historic poster in the annals of the 1960s.
