Item Description
Pair of vintage 8x10" glossy stills for original 1946 release of Republic's "The Crimson Ghost" serial that starred Charles Quigley and Linda Stirling. First still features Quigley standing on plane w/pilot, gun drawn. Small number (1597-EP 6-13) at lower left indicates this image is from the sixth episode of this 12-chapter serial. Second still features The Crimson Ghost w/his hands wrapped around the throat of Stirling. Small number (1597-EP 7-14) at lower left indicates this image is from the seventh episode. Stills have some lt. handling wear but are bright and glossy. Exc. overall. Great images, one featuring The Crimson Ghost, one of the most visually striking of all 1940s serials.
