8.5x11” stiff paper four page folder © 1950 "Challenge Of The Yukon" has nice painting of Preston on front cover. Folder opens to double page King Features Syndicate promotion “For Merchandise and Novelty Uses!” Back cover has photo of Yukon King. Next is 8x10” glossy showing radio’s Sgt. Preston Paul Sutton in costume w/dog who resembles Yukon King in center of giant cereal box store display. Large sign reads “Kids! Redeem Your Quaker Puffed Wheat or Rice Box Tops Here!” Wall has 12 premium pictures. Reverse side of photo has ink stamp from “Watters Studio” in Fort Wayne, Ind. Third item is 8x10” premium picture as shown in store photo w/choice painting of Preston and King w/facsimile signature. All three are Exc. Folder and photo are the first we’ve seen in our 47 years. The staff of radio show producer George Trendle created the radio show, which first aired on Detroit station WXYZ Feb.3, 1938. See Lone Ranger catalog w/rare Preston items #2282.
