6" tall with fancy embossed brass hanger at top holding cardboard paper insert naming an employee of the "Hempfield Tel. Co." Ribbon below issued by Western Electric/Pittsburg, Pa for their "Feb. 24 & 25 1911" convention. Reverse names ribbon maker located in Pittsburg "M.E. Cunningham Co." Couple of faint pale dots on right bottom corner tip but overall extremely Fine. See telephone related large cello ink blotter pad #503.
