Item Description
2.75" nail has soldered bar pin and holds 3.5" fabric flag ribbon backed by 4.5" white ribbon. Flag has tanned with age at upper right and both ribbons have tiny gray spots. Red flag stripes have bled on underside onto the white backing ribbon due to moisture. No tears. The nail head has great small image of McKinley and remains Exc. This is the only example we've seen complete with the ribbons. Rare. Senator Charles Dick Collection.
