Comes with cloth pouch which holds 2-1/8x3-1/8" key card designed like credit card with number on front and image of Playboy bunny key. Text reads "For The Playmate Of" with sponsoring male member's name in relief at bottom. Reverse side has playmate key rules and regulations. Also contains necklace with 5/8" tall gold accent polished miniature key attached to brass link chain.
