Item Description
This button has the same design as Hake #30 but it is in the large 1.75" format and features different photos than the smaller version. Reverse has stained but fully readable backpaper by the maker Pettibone of Cincinnati with lots of advertising text. The celluloid has a small faint age mark to the right of Bryan and there are four small age marks to the left of Stevenson. Scattered on the red and white ray design are just three or four very faint dots on the upper half. The button retains its high gloss and total color intensity. A very striking large jugate. See the McKinley smaller mate #223. Rare.
