Item Description
Brass 1-9/16" (40mm) comprised of obverse issued as an 1860 campaign medal by Henning & Eymann N.Y.C. and listed as such in DeWitt as 1860-6. A few years later the medal was re-stuck for collectors of the era and combined with several different reverse designs. This one has a wreath enclosing the slogan "Beloved Alike By Rich And Poor." This variety is listed as DeWitt #1860-7B. Modest tarnish but still Exc. luster and no wear.
