Item Description
Thick white metal 1-11/16" (43mm) with his high relief portrait and name on the obverse along with tiny text on bottom rim naming issuer "Ball Black & Co." On the reverse is a scene of three men surveying land with a range of mountains in the background accented by the United States Capitol perched on the summit. Slogan along bottom edge is "Honor To/Whom Honor Is Due." Reverse has couple of near pinpoint size indents on the extreme outer rim although these are exceedingly minor. Overall the piece is NM and with outstanding silver luster. Rare in this high grade condition.
