Item Description
23x37" glossy paper poster is a first printing. For the historic six night stint in which The Who performed the rock opera “Tommy” in full for the first time in the US, October 20-25, 1969 at the Fillmore East. Art by David Byrd. Poster distributed by Triton Gallery Inc., NY. Top edge has 1" tear with clear tape repair on back. Lower left corner area has some faint moisture staining. Other lt. margin wear but overall poster retains a very bright and clean appearance and would frame nicely. Rolled. Fine.
