Item Description
3-3/8" long with clear celluloid grips over a sepia photo on each side. One side reads at top "Union Metal Lamp Standard" while text below five bulb lamp design is "General Electric Co. Schenectady, N.Y." Opposite side shows single globe lamp with text "Union Metal Lamp Standard/The Union Metal Mfg. Co. Canton, O." Blades show oxidation and the smaller is quite worn down at its tip. Grips have tiniest traces of age on the GE side but very minor and both sides display extremely well. See railroad knives #705. Morry Greener Collection.
