11.5x15 3/8" slick paper 16 page press book c.1970s reprint edition of 1950 serial press book has nice front cover art with illustration of Superman facing Atom Man with film title in center. Front cover has ink stamp with hand inked number and signature: “No. 19 Of 203 Kirk Alyn”. Press book contains merchandising items including suspenders, belt, socks, trading cards, wallet, gum, sweatshirt and images of lobby displays,one sheets, posters, and much more including synopsis of film and photos of stars in roles. The serial starred Kirk Alyn and co-starred Lyle Talbot, Noel Neill, and Tommy Bond. Exc. Comes with Hake’s COA.
