20x28”. ©1944 by U.S. Government Printing Office. Bottom right text “Distributed For The Issuing Agencies By The Office Of War Information.” Folded as issued and mailed. Return address area marked “Contents Official War Poster With Office Address In Washington D.C.” Typed mailing address to lawyers in Boston. This same poster has been seen without any back text. This back text is titled “A Word About This New Government Poster” and goes on to explain it is the work of Victor Keppler. The painstaking selection of the model and the subtlety of her facial expression reflect the skill of his great master of the camera art. Text goes on and ends with “The Prominent Display Of This Poster Will Be Appreciated.” Couple very small archival tape repairs on top edge reverse and 4” archival tape repair on reverse of bottom centerfold. Overall Fine.
