Item Description
Classic Colorforms item from the 1970s designed by Mel Birnkrant. Two different displays were produced, a large floor display as well as this countertop version which has overall size of 7x17x38” tall. Shipping carton features large image of Mickey in farmers hat and holding sprinkling can. All-over scattered box wear including a number of small punctures caused by the display itself. One back bottom corner has 2x5” puncture/opening. VG. Display has wire frame and peg hooks, top is large die-cut cardboard unit featuring images of Mickey and Minnie tending to their garden. Display comes with over 250 unopened seed packs each with matching die-cut weatherproof vinyl plant marker. There are 10 different types of seeds and packaging features great illustrations of Disney characters including Mickey, Minnie, Donald Duck, Jiminy Cricket, Dwarfs, Wolf and Pigs. The specialty art depicts these characters as farmers or in scenes involving that particular vegetable or flower which includes pumpkin, cucumber, daisy, radish, sunflower, others. Entire display shows lt. scattered wear from storage but is overall VF/Exc. and quite impressive. Includes instruction sheet. Final item is 18.5x22” glossy paper store sign.
