This company made officially licensed dolls of Roy Rogers and Dale Evans, Peter Pan, Pinocchio and others. However, none had outfits of this style/material. Most likely a customized outfit of the period, done by a parent for their child. Extremely well-made and detailed and doll's face does have Superman resemblance with trace of his famed spit curl so it works well "as is." A unique figural item for your Superman collection.
