Lot of 10 unused blotters. c. 1930s -early 1940s. 3 blotters measure 4x7.5" and feature the art of Q. Wilson Hammell, Art Frahm "Cover-All Beauty," and one unmarked artist. 2 measure 4x7.75" and feature pin-ups by Art Frahm "Plenty On The Ball" and "Double Trouble." 2 measure 4x8" and feature art of Gil Elgren "Is My Face Red!" and Art Frahm "Pay Off." All 7 of these blotters have related "Odd Pennies" imprint, most showing Camel, Old Gold, Lucky Strike and Chesterfield cigarettes. Remaining 3 blotters measure 4x8.75" and feature the art of either Laurette or Irene Patten, Billy DeVorss, 2 of which feature same "Elmer's Valentine Heart Ass't. Candies From The Deep South." Other is blank. Light handling and aging. Exc.
