10.75x16" thin art board featuring original pencil art by noted comic book artist Curt Swan (1920-1996), best known as the artist most associated w/Superman titles during the period fans and historians call the Silver Age of comic books. Offered here is the original art for page 3 of "Superman" #285, published by N.P.P. in March 1975. Issue was written by Elliot Maggin w/interior art by Curt Swan and inks by Tex Blaisdell. Storyline "Search For The Impossible Man". Seven panel page shows Superman being attacked by Caladiums and Philodendrons (plants) that disappear in last panel. N.P.P. copyright stamp on back. Scattered handling wear/aging. Aged tape at top and at bottom. Signed by Curt Swan. VF.
