10.75x15.5" thin art board pages featuring original pencil art by noted comic book artist Curt Swan (1920-1996), best known as the artist most associated w/Superman titles during the period fans and historians call the Silver Age of comic books. Swan produced hundreds of covers and stories from the 1950s through the 1980s. Offered here is the complete story original art for pages 24-30 (The Private Life Of Clark Kent) of "Superman" #267, published by N.P.P. in September 1973. Issue was written by Elliot Maggin w/interior art by Curt Swan and inks by Bob Oksner. Storyline is for "The Man In The Public Eye" backup story. Synopsis is to improve Clark Kent's public image, Morgan Edge has him box the world's heavyweight champion, bat a baseball in a stadium, swim against an Olympic gold medalist, and sky-dive from a plane. N.P.P. copyright stamp on backs. Title lettering on first page is stat. Scattered handling wear/aging w/some type cut-ins, tape at page tops and bottoms. All pages signed by Curt Swan. VF.
