10.5x19x6" deep vinyl case w/carrying handle made as an accessory for the 3" Batman figures by Ideal. ©1966 NPP Inc. Re-tooled Captain Action piece depicts the outside of the Batcave and front features large batsymbol image along w/Batman and Robin who is driving the Batmobile. On the right side is a "Detour" sign and this is die-cut opening which folds down so it could be used as a secret entrance for Batmobile. Case opens to reveal colorful detailed Batcave interior including thin molded vacuform plastic panel covering entire inside back wall as well as part of the floor featuring raised computers and equipment. An additional 4x6" plastic computer accessory piece attached to inside of front lid. Produced in two varieties, one w/Batmobile, another produced w/o Batmobile. This is version w/hard plastic, free-wheeling Batmobile. Used to store figures and as playset. A few small scattered splits to vinyl at lid hinge and color rubs at corners and peaks. Scattered lt. wear at "Detour" area. Still bright and clean. Fine overall. Batmobile is clean w/cockpit clear. Comes w/Batman and Robin painted Ideal figures w/decals and batarang intact. Also includes the Joker (purple) and Kaltor (orange). Batmobile and figures are Exc. overall.
