Item Description
8.25x24.25" frame contains 7.5x23" Craftint artboard featuring three panel original art for strip No. 4148 from April 5, 1952. Second panel has NPP copyright strip. Art by Win Mortimer (1919-1998), a Canadian comic book and comic strip artist best known as one of the major illustrators of the Golden Age Superman. No Choice! story shows Superman presented w/quandary, fight those who've taken control of the thoughts of Srig, which will cause them to shatter the minds they control, or submit to their Automatic Thought Control beam. Superman appears in all three panels. Top margin has pencil story title and pencil schedule. Artboard is evenly aged w/some margin dust soiling, but art remains clean and Exc.
