Item Description
13.5x16.5" sheet of animation paper has pencil original art attributed to Iwao Takamoto (1925-2007), a Hanna-Barbera animator who designed a majority of Hanna-Barbera characters, including Scooby-Doo and Astro, before becoming a director and producer. Art area measures approx. 12x12.75" and features Shaggy being pulled through the air as he holds onto Scooby-Doo's tail, who flees from the ghostly apparition of witch Sarah Ravencroft. Fred and Daphne also run at left as Velma looks back at the Mystery Machine, which is parked at the gates of a foreboding-looking building. Art was done as publicity for the 1999 direct-to-video animated film "Scooby-Doo And The Witch's Ghost." Horizontal fold at center w/some pencil smudging, but art is o/w Exc.
