Item Description
12.75x19.5" Masonite board w/attached paper overlay features acrylic painting original art by The Brothers Hildebrandt for a proposed animated project by the name of "Metal City PD," created in 1995. This is one of a number of pre-production pieces created by The Brothers Hildebrandt and is titled "The Card Game" as is shows four robots seated around table playing cards. Back of board has label w/handwritten notes about project and art title. Both Greg and Tim Hildebrandt (1939-2006) have signed at lower right corner. Exc. While this project never came to be, this is still a stunning example of Brothers Hildebrandt art and is perfect for any Sci-Fi fan's collection.
