Page features five panels for "Once Upon A Time In The Wild Wild West..." storyline in which the JLA goes back in time. Flash is featured in all but last panel, including running circles around gunfighter in first panel (w/six separate Flash images) and rushing him to jail. Art is by Don Heck (1929-1995), best known for co-creating Iron Man and for his long run penciling the "The Avengers" during the Silver Age. Art is inked by Brett Breeding. Last panel has screentone accent. Top margin has inked "Justice League" title, issue number and month as well as some editorial codes. All four corners have been clipped, not affecting art. Artboard has small piece of white paper tape at upper right, also not affecting art, which remains clean and Exc.
