Item Description
13.5x24" vellum sheet has colorful mixed media original art for proposed premium sign advertising "Wrist Walky Talky With Secret Code Sender Attachment." This 1956 prototype sign includes image of two boys, one at left, one at right, w/Walky Talky string stretched between them w/lower left having detailed image of the premium itself, w/hand-lettered text noting "Walky Talky Operates Over A Distance Of 50 Feet! You Can Actually Talk Thru This And Send Secret Messages In Code!" Lower right has area for product box and price, though none is mentioned/shown. Horizontal fold at center w/three vertical fold lines. Sheet has pinholes at corners w/tiny pull at lower right. VG/Fine overall. Unique. Comes w/9-5/8x11-3/8" Nabisco Shredded Wheat 12 oz. size cereal box flat w/offer for final form of this premium - "Official Rin Tin Tin Walkie-Talkie" that was available for 25¢ and one box top. Unused, NM file copy. From the archives of premium creators Sam & Gordon Gold and comes with LOA.
