Item Description
"Able Team" is a series of action-adventure novels first published in 1982 by American Gold Eagle publishers. It is a spin-off of the "Executioner" series created by Don Pendleton. Offered here is 17.5x22-3/8" Bainbridge artboard w/painting for cover to the 36th book in the "Able Team" series - 1988's "Final Run." Art by George Wilson features three member's of the team in night scene, firing weapons. Central character firing bazooka is based on artist Richard Viola, to whom this art was presented. Wilson has signed his name in the shadows at lower right. Margins show scattered paint smudges and dust soiling, but art would display Exc. if matted and framed.
