Item Description
Lot of seven pieces, ranging from 5-5/8x9.5" to 10.25x13-7/8" and shows concept through development of this 1950s space-themed product, w/images changing/evolving. All pieces feature original art and include retailer's promotional sheet/order form w/cut out and applied printed stats, w/attached paper overlay featuring rough sketches and coloring scheme. Lot also includes five fully realized transfer designs w/text notes and great original art. These include - "Flying Saucer, Space Station, Martian Dragon, Landing On Mars" and "Member On-Core Space Club." Additional vellum sheet has two pencil concept sketches for transfers. These include - "Space Station" (featuring different art that on previous piece) and "Spaceman." Varying handling wear/aging. Fine to Exc overall. A unique lot for the space collector. From the archives of premium creators Sam & Gordon Gold and comes with LOA.
