Item Description
5.75x8-1/8" piece of artboard w/pen and ink original art by "Peanuts" creator Charles Schulz for 1970s Butternut Bread advertising campaign. Art features Linus sitting w/thumb just below his mouth, his other hand raised as if holding his ever-present security blanket, though area where blanket should be is left blank, likely for product placement. Schulz has signed at lower right of art. Back has faint strip of tape staining along top margin. Lower margin has 3/8" slice below Linus image, not affecting art or signature in any way. Could be matted and framed for an Exc. display.
