Item Description
14-5/8x20-7/8" custom green mat lifts up to reveal 13.25x18-5/8" Comico artboard w/Art Adams' pen and ink original art (w/screentone accents) for page 20 of "Gumby's Winter Fun Special," published by Comico in Dec. 1988. Page features four panels and shows Gumby and Pokey confronting a young stowaway mole girl named Natasha who wants to travel w/them to the Earth's core. Of note, she is seen eating out of a Pokey lunchbox. Second and last panels feature nice front views of both Gumby and Pokey while first panel sees them from behind and third panel only features Pokey. Top margin has stamped/handwritten "GWFS" issue/page designation. Artist Adams has boldly signed at bottom margin and added 1994 date. Art is Exc. as matted and ready for framing.
