©1993 Lucasfilm Ltd. First item is 10.5x18.5" unused box flat for Star Wars "Ice Planet Hoth" playset from Galoob's Space MicroMachines line. Lt. aging/wear and displays Exc. Next is original lead pencil preliminary packaging artwork on layout bond measuring 8.75x13". Art is for "Rebel Pilot Hoth, Transforming Action Set." Box design features great "The Empire Strikes Back" action art and Luke in his pilot uniform by Otto Kuhni, who worked from the 1960s until his death this year, including some projects for Mattel that predate his involvement w/Hot Wheels (for which he is predominantly known) in 1967 and the Battlestar Galactica line in the 1980s. Kuhni also produced freelance work for Lockheed, McDonald Douglas, Max Factor, L.M. Cox, Challenge Publications, Galoob and Tyco among others. Evenly aged w/some edge wear and a taped corner repair.
