Third panel features Spider-Man's alter ego Peter Parker seeing Rogers (whom he just met at a party hosted by J. Jonah Jameson) being robbed. He rushes to help, only for punk to fly through the air in front of him. Peter wonders "What Did Those Thugs Do - - Accidentally Stumble In On The Hulk" before rounding the corner to take it all in, exclaiming "No! I Don't Believe It!" Steve Rogers appears in first three panels. Peter Parker appears in last three panels. Art has been inked by John Beatty. Top margin has production notations w/stamped title and inked issue/page number. Text has all been hand-lettered by Jim Novak. Top left corner has been clipped, not affecting art or text.
