Item Description
8.5x10.75" cover stat has Bob Layton's blue pencil and ink preliminary original art for the cover to a proposed issue of "Marvel Premiere" that was to feature Iceman of the X-Men. This cover never saw print, nor did the issue itself, instead being published in an all X-Men issue of Marvel's "Bizarre Adventures." Art features great full body image of Iceman on ice slide w/ice statues of Iron Man, Angel and Thing in bkg. Angel and Thing appear on separate sheet of paper that was cut out and attached to stat w/three pieces of tape. Top right has nick to margin and left corner has small piece of tape but art could easily be matted for Exc. display.
