Item Description
10x18x1.5" deep cardboard box w/photo/illustrated lid contains complete and unused A.C. Gilbert Co. set No. 6544, 1920. Box shows some scattered wear, w/one lid corner split and another partially split. Lid also exhibits some edge/corner tip wear and is Fine overall. Box is complete w/die-cut inserts; two of which have printed "General Service Code" printed on them. These inserts hold transmitter keys for use w/wired apparatus containing two small lightbulbs apiece, one tinted red. Kit comes w/extensive illustrated "Gilbert Signal Engineering" manual and appears unused w/just lt. aging. VF/Exc. Barry Lutsky Collection.
