DC Comics. Interior front cover has ad for "Batman" #1 and "All-Star Comics" #1. Jerry Siegel, Whitney Ellsworth and Gardner Fox stories. Bernard Bailey cover and art w/additional art by George Papp, Jon Donohoe and Howard Sherman. Off-white to white pages. This comic was purchased in 1980 and has been off the market since. First time this book has come to auction.
