Item Description
4.75x5-1/8x3.75" display box w/die-cut lid originally held a dozen boxes of 54-card playing card decks by Ed-U-Cards Mfg. Corp., ©1965 MGM. Box features "The Man From U.N.C.L.E." logo/name and image of playing card w/photo of Robert Vaughn as Napoleon Solo. Box has some scattered corner tip wear and display lid has been punched. Some scattered aging/dust soiling. Fine/VF. Display box is rare and first we've offered in our 49 years. Comes w/4.5x8" display card holding individual pack of factory-sealed playing cards from same company as above. Card features repeated playing card suite symbols as well as same Napoleon Solo photo as seen on display bow. Card is unpunched and shows just lt. handling. VF/Exc. Deck of cards comes in cardboard box w/U.N.C.L.E. logo/name and image of cards featuring photos of characters from the TV show. Cellophane has large split along right but deck is o/w factory-sealed and NM as issued. Rare on display card. Tesco Vee Collection.
