Item Description
10-7/8x17-3/8" single-sided store sign from the 1930s promoting 5¢ Tarzan Cups (see Tarzan ice cream premium books #1558-1563). This is variant advertising "Delicious Custard" instead of the typically seen ice cream (of which three different signs were made). Sign features vibrant art showing Tarzan defending Jane from attacking leopard. Sign notes "Save The Lids For Valuable New Free Prizes." Sign has slight margin trim. Upper right has diagonal crease w/1.5" sliver off and tiny 1/8" edge chip. Still displays Fine w/bright colors and would look great framed.
