8.5x11" white paper announcement letter with upper third printed in blue ink letterhead for sponsor Young Democratic Clubs of America headquartered nationally at Shoreham Hotel, Washington, D.C. Letterhead indicates November 9 event date of unspecified year although likely c. 1934-35 fifth probably anniversary of the group. Letterhead includes bluetone photo of FDR above promise text "A Nation-Wide Democratic Love Feast." Letterhead names five club officers and actual letter of information and invitation is in black typewritten but mimeographed form. Letter is accompanied by 8.5x11" tanned white but unused sheet for indicating proxy power of substitution if desired. Cover letter has small name in blue pencil plus a single paper clip at upper left corner plus a .25" split on left edge. Upper right margin corner has trace of minor creasing and FDR portrait has a thin hairline across the jaw although appearing as printed. VF.
