12.5x19.5" stiff paper poster for Aug. 20, 1980 concert that took place to support "Back In Black," AC/DC's highest selling album. This took place almost six months after lead singer Bon Scott's Feb. 19, 1980 death from heavy alcohol consumption. The group briefly considered disbanding after Scott's death, but his parents urged them to continue and hire a new vocalist. Ex-Geordie singer Brian Johnson was selected to replace Scott and work commenced on "Back In Black." Poster is dominated by large AC/DC lightning bolt design. Humble Pie and Nantucket are listed as special guests. Poster has handling wear w/a .25' tear along bottom margin and .25x.5"tape strip above band's name w/some slight discoloration near it. Fine.
