Item Description
Full team panel from same broadside as item #1100. 16 players are pictured either in full figure or portrait images. Included are HOF members Ben Taylor and Leon Day. The Brooklyn Eagles existed only this year, 1935, and merged with the Newark Dodgers in 1936 to form the Newark Eagles. Abe Manley and his wife Effa, owners and founders of the Brooklyn Eagles, purchased the Newark Dodgers franchise and combined both teams' assets and player rosters. This full team panel remains totally clean and displays excellent as encapsulated.
