Item Description
Each is 7/8” with backpaper naming W&H along with jobber “Riley-Klotz” plus text “Compliments Of The High Admiral Cigarette.” All are complete with their backpaper. Four have surface pitting in the reverse metal collet. Four also have craze lines in the celluloid. These are top row “Czar Of Russia.” Still displays nicely and with gloss. Others with crazing are row two, #2 & 3 and row three, #1. Captions on the buttons beginning with row two are “Mrs. Grover Cleveland/William Faversham/King Of Denmark/King Of Portugal/King Of Spain/Mikado Of Japan/Shah Of Persia/Sultan Of Turkey/President Diaz Of Mexico. Five of the nine are Exc. to Mint. Exceedingly rare and most of these we have never seen before.
