Item Description
Each is 7/8". Usually these are seen with American Pepsin Gum backpapers. These however have "Little Jockey Cigarette" backpapers except for the last button in the group which is missing the paper. There are nine buttons in this circa 1898 set and this is the complete set. Five of the nine buttons have very faint trace of age stain but the group still displays VF. Four of the men are designated "English Jockey" while five, including an African-American, are designated "American Jockey."
