1.25”with Baltimore Badge paper. This outstanding and rare button realized over $2000.00 in Auction 206. Our consignor, a descendant of a printer at the Baltimore Badge & Novelty Co. in 1904, received only two examples. Like the #206 example this has tiny age traces on the reverse cello by the collet. The front of the piece is almost as nice as the one in our previous auction but there is a faint pin point age dot on the edge at 8:30 o’clock and another even smaller and less visible where the edge curls at 7 o’clock. The button displays 99% as Mint with full gloss and perfect centering. Like the #206 example, this opens very conservatively.
