Item Description
14.5x21.25" double-sided thick cardboard sign w/hanger hole on top. c. 1940. Though not signed, wonderful cartoon art of Pepsi and Pete, the Pepsi-Cola Cops is by noted cartoonist Rube Goldberg. Both are gesturing towards "Six Bottles 25¢" six-pack of 12 oz. bottles of Pepsi. Scattered tiny color rubs and aging to white areas. Barely noticeable moisture staining underneath bottle at left, but this blends for the most part and sign remains bright and glossy. Exc.
