Item Description
9.5” tall with large celluloid “Ohio” hanger with pair of chains suspending highly domed 1.75” McKinley portrait. Some tan stain on the “Ohio” celluloid with six small dark marks on the fabric below and with five small tan marks mostly to the left of McKinley. The rest of the piece remains very clean. Extremely limited issue and Rare. Sen. Charles Dick Collection.
