Item Description
All are different. First ten are for “Railroads On Parade” exhibit. First is 1938 typewritten 8.5x11” letter signed in ink by Director of exhibit Edward Hungerford written while exhibit was being finalized regarding request to display items. VF. Comes w/unused envelope. Exc. Five wood model kits w/boxes shrink wrapped by our consignor are each 9.5” long made by Strombecker. We have left all shrink wrapped and assume all are complete but sold as is. Boxes Fine. Last three are exhibit program and pair of folders. 8.5x11” variety folder is worn. VG. The other folder and program are Exc. Next are magazines: March-April “Baltimore & Ohio”, April 1939 & April 1940 “The Pullman News” magazines & playbill, “The Railroad Employee” #2, “Norfolk And Western” magazine. Remaining 11 items are programs, brochures, and flyers. All are VF/ Exc. An instant collection for Expo and railroad collectors.
