Large 10x19.25" book No. 980 by Saalfield ©1933. Complete/unused. Cover and all 4 pages are on card stock. The Mickey Mouse doll on front and Minnie Mouse doll on back cover are each 11" tall. Pages feature some interesting outfits and include cowboy, drum major uniform, coat and derby for Mickey, beach pajamas, Chinese costume, Dutch dress and cap, winter coat and hat for Minnie. Color touch-up to "Book" part of title at lower right corner of front cover. Scattered edge wear w/mild color rub along spine, which has a few minor pinch creases. Cover retains deep, rich color and remains bright and Fine overall. Pages are NM. An exceptional doll book in size/design and a true rarity that we have only been able to offer a few times in our 46 years, our last example (in slightly better condition) sold for $1,782.
