From the Barney Google comic strip by Billy DeBeck. Toy works and when wound, walks forward as his lower bill (a separate piece) opens. Top of head is complete w/pair of metal tabs which serve as accent feathers. Back of the neck has .25" spot of missing paint, tail feathers have six 1/8" to .25" paint flakes o/w paint shows just general lt. aging, however, the blue color on body is somewhat darker around the black text areas. VF overall and much above average example of this scarce character wind-up.
