The crowd numbered in the high tens of thousands, with some estimates as high as 125,000. Performers at the event included Janis Joplin, Johnny Winter, Johnny Rivers, Blood, Sweat & Tears, Canned Heat, Spirit, Joe Cocker, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Led Zeppelin and an early appearance of Grand Funk Railroad, as well as one of the first appearances of Chicago Transit Authority before the name was changed to Chicago. Sheet features two repeated images utilizing Janis Joplin design, one w/Johnny Winter and one w/Canned Heat. These souvenir poster designs each have "Atlanta Pop Festival" text at bottom. Day-glo colors make for a vivid blacklight display. Scattered edge wear w/1.25" tear at upper right margin that has archival tape repair on reverse. Scattered age spotting along margins. Horizontal crease at center, poster has been rolled, sheet has some minor rippling as such. Sheet is Fine overall, image areas remain VF/Exc. Rare.
