Item Description
Each is high quality thick glass. 5" dia. 6" tall ice bucket with chrome accent metal handle has wonderful painted image of the Little King shaking a cocktail shaker while butler looks on. Image is copyright 1933 by creator O. Soglow. Decanter is 4.75" wide 9.5" tall with 1.5" stopper. Similar style and size as one of a pair we sold in Auction #200 but this one has a totally different painted image showing the Little King pouring liquid from a bottle into a shaker. A few pinpoint dots of missing color, otherwise both are VF/Exc. Wonderful designs, and likely the first merchandising items done for this character who first appeared in the New Yorker Magazine in 1931.
