Glossy 8x10" vintage sepia toned publicity photo shows "The Lone Ranger" radio show announcer as The Lone Ranger. Beemer often appeared in public as The Lone Ranger as the actor who portrayed The Lone Ranger on radio was felt not to fit the part. Photo bears 1943 Lone Ranger Inc. copyright and title "Lone Ranger Astride Hi-Yo Silver" and also is noted "Permission Granted For Newspaper And Magazine Reproduction." Signed in blue ink "To Francisco & Delores - Good Luck Always To Two Fine Performers. Brace Beemer 'The Lone Ranger'." We believe photo is inscribed to circus performer couple during one of Beemer's many personal appearances at such venues. Lightly aged with scattered handling wear. If framed, would display Exc. Comes with Hake's COA.
